Thesis topic: Improving the success of the translocation of mudfish
Amy's research included looking at the optimum conditions for rearing mudfish in captivity, habitat characterisation, translocating adult and juvenile mudfish into pools on the margins of Lake Kaituna (B) and the ongoing monitoring of their success, looking at the effects of mosquitofish density on mudfish condition, and trapping of mudfish over consecutive nights to assess factors affecting their capture.
